Our lovely Miss Champneys, Jaime-Lee Faulkner will be taking part in the finals of the Miss England contest which will be held in Birmingham on Weds 1st September. One winner will be selected to represent England in the 60th Miss World final. To go through to the final 20 with a chance of winning the title of Miss England the public can vote so please help Jaime-lee go through! Elemis Bus stops at Champneys Springs
The Elemis Bus came to Springs recently, providing the perfect chance to get pampered at a minimum price for a maximum result, and all for a good cause!

Whether you're wanting to get your body summer ready, or if you simply need that motivational boost, Fit Camp at Champneys is a perfect way. We have had 168 guests take part in the week long luxury Boot Camp so far, and the guests have achieved an average weight loss of 6.3lbs and an average inch loss of 4.5 inches, a fantastic result!

Champneys Springs Open Evening
Thank you to the 42 visitors who attended the Open Evening event at Springs on 9th July! The evening included tours of the resort, treatment demonstrations and discounts on resort packages, plus some mini taster treatments!
Congratulations to Miss Champneys 2010!
Jaime-Lee Faulkner has become our Miss Champneys 2010 as part of the Miss England competition. Champneys sponsors the semi-final round of Miss England, and this is the second year we have chosen a Miss Champneys to represent us in the final.
Fit Camp Results
Another great Fit Camp week at Champneys Henlow with a great group of people and our largest age range to date, from 17 to 72 years of age!. The team put in a lot of hard work which was rewarded by a great set of weight loss results. The team averaged 4.5lb weight loss and 4 inches!
Emmerdale's newest star visits Springs
The lovely Pauline Quirke, who starred in Birds of a Feather and also Missing on BBC1, joined us at Champneys Springs last weekend. Pauline said ' The staff were absolutely wonderful and the whole feel of the place led to a truly perfect weekend. I cannot thank you and the team enough! We'd like to wish you the best of luck with your new role at Emmerdale!
Puppy Love!
Champneys took on the ‘Thames Challenge’ in aid of Dogs for the Disabled and have now successfully raised over £11,000 which funds the sponsorship of an assistance dog for its lifetime. ‘Forest’ a golden retriever puppy (adaptly named after Champneys Forest Mere who raised the most money ) will be trained then will be partnered with an autistic child to help them achieve greater independence. Thank you to everyone who took part!
Champneys Charity Day for Red Cross Pakistan Floods Appeal
Champneys Town and City Spas are working with the Red Cross to raise money for the Floods Appeal by donating all treatment proceeds and therapists wages to the appeal on Sunday 5th September. Severe flooding in Pakistan has left millions of people in need of food, clean water, healthcare and shelter.
