We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Hairdresser at Champneys Henlow.

The successful candidate needs to be able to work 40 hours per week over a 7 day shift/rota pattern which will include working weekends and Bank Holidays. Assistant Reservations Manager Full time Ref: 1428

An Assistant Reservations Manager is required to support the Group Reservations Manager, and oversee the reservations team. You will assist the Reservations Manager in ensuring that your department runs smoothly and effectively, you will assist in training, coaching and monitor your team's performance, ensuring they are providing the most effective and highest standard of service at all times. As Assistant Manager, you will also continuously monitor departmental procedures, ensuring that performance targets are achieved, and that any problems / shortfalls, are identified, and rectified or improved by the most appropriate solutions.

Looking after a team of reservations agents, we are looking for an effective, inspirational supervisor, who will ensure that new and existing clients are provided with a consistently excellent level of customer service. Previous hotel reservations experience is essential. A bubbly, attentive personality is paramount.

The Assistant Reservations Manager should ensure that the team is appropriately staffed, to cope with business requirements and each individual has a personal development plan to perform with optimum productivity and performance at all times. The reservations department at Champneys makes reservations for all four of the health resorts, in addition to gift voucher purchases, general enquiries and brochure requests taking between 600-1200 calls and revenue in excess of £60k per day. The reservations department is a vital role in ensuring the success of the group as a whole and ensuring the optimum start to the guest journey through Champneys.
