Champneys Tring, Activity Schedule
At Champneys we encourage you to balance your stay with fitness classes that emphasise flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness to achieve optimal wellbeing.
Please see below Tring's Fitness & Wellbeing activity schedule, these are updated bi-annually to reflect the Summer and Winter seasons, creating a constantly new range of activities for you to try! Please advise us of any activities or classes you may wish to attend when booking treatments for your stay so we can do our best to avoid booking your treatments over these times.
