Champneys Tring, Master Classes
Champneys Tring are proud to offer you the chance to participate in 'Fitness Master Classes' taught by some of the top fitness presenters in the UK. The Master Classes have been designed to promote a sense of general wellbeing through regular exercise, illustrating the benefits of being active. Our top fitness experts will show you how to effortlessly incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, inspiring a balanced and healthy lifestyle. To take part in one of these classes you need to be a Club Member or be booked onto a Champneys day or stay package.

Sarah Stigler
Sarah trained at Bodywork Company Dance Studios in Cambridge gaining a diploma in performing arts and then went on to work as a professional dancer taking her all over the world. Sarah broke into the fitness industry after having children and in 2006 won ‘Action UK’s’ new presenter search and then started to present at fitness events nationally. Sarah will be teaching: Saturday 11th September Fitball 3.00-3.55pm Sunday 12th September Total Body Stretch 8.45-9.15am Body Sculpt 3.00-3.55pm

Yoga & Pilates with Angie Newson
Angie has been teaching fitness for nearly twenty years. She has trained with The Pilates Foundation UK and The Physical Mind Institute and is certified in Yoga with The Iyengar Association. She has recently travelled to India to study with the Chanchanis in Dehradun and also to Pune to study with the Iyengars themselves and can often be found in far flung places on yoga retreats. Angie is also a health and fitness writer and has written articles for The Evening Standard, The Sunday Times.
Tatiana Novaes
Tatiana Novaes Coelho was born in Brazil where she studied classical ballet. She came to London to broaden her dance training to encompass jazz and contemporary dance. Tatiana is a fully qualified Dance Notator and has also completed the Method Putkisto Instructors Training Course; the Alan Herdman Teacher Training in Pilates and the Nordic Walking Instructors course.

Fitness Presenter - Jeannie Finch
Jeannie has worked as a personal trainer, in Canary Wharf for 7 years. She is trained in a wide variety of Fitness skills including: pre/post natal, core training, Stott Pilates, Circuit/weight training and boxing pad work. Jeannie’s classes include: Aqua, Body Pump, Body Balance, Gliding, and Hula-core/Hula-skip.
Pilates & Aqua with Michelle Martin
Michelle is an energetic and entertaining Pilates, Aqua and Poolates® Presenter, who truly believes exercise classes should be fun and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. She is driven by a deep passion for Pilates and Aqua, and is the only certified Poolates® Instructor in the UK, having apprenticed directly with Poolates® founder, Rebecca Pfeiffer, in Florida, USA. This unique water based Pilates program offers a challenging mind-body workout for everyone.
