Vibrotherapy - VibroGym

The Vibrogym works by passing a  vibration through a platform and into your body. This vibration causes your muscles to go through a stretch reflex contraction 30-60 times a second. This intense, repetitive contraction fatigues the muscle, which allows it to grow stronger in the recovery phase and therefore to withstand increased effort. The VibroGym has been shown to have the same effect in 12 minutes as you would get with 1½ hours of conventional exercise, without putting as much stress on the joints and ligaments as normal exercise.
