Champneys Fitness & Activity Schedule

Everyday you can choose from a wide range of classes and activities geared for all fitness levels and interests. Up to 20 classes are scheduled each day addressing the essential components of fitness:

  • Cardiovascular Activity - to help strengthen the heart and lungs and aid weight management.
  • Resistance Training - to help strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and aid weight management & bone density.
  • Stretching and Relaxation Exercises - to help develop flexibility and balance and/or provide quiet time to recharge and revitalise.

A Fitness Schedule, containing descriptions of all classes, is provided to each guest upon arrival and if you require assistance, the Wellbeing and Fitness Team are available to help you design your own perfectly balanced schedule.

Please note...

Due to popular demand, some classes and activities may require booking on the day. While most of the classes and activities are regular features, not all of them are available every day or every week. Classes will vary from one health resort to another.
