Breaks’. The programmes are the culmination of

These programmes are unlike anything else available. With
a truly holistic approach, Champneys has devised an array
of different wellbeing concepts, from the traditional weight
loss and get fit schedules to the inspirational ‘Life
Space’ and ‘Beating Fatigue’ programmes.
These are designed to help you combat chronic fatigue, recurring
illness, stress disorders, and the general downward spiral
that can result from the power of a negative mind at work.
External beauty lies, to a large degree, deep within the
