The programmes are the culmination of decades of experience in the health resort industry and the combined vision of a team of professionals; who have a passionate belief that, with a little help and guidance, you really can make a difference to your quality of life.

 

These programmes are unlike anything else available. With a truly holistic approach, Champneys has devised an array of different wellbeing concepts, from the traditional weight loss and get fit schedules to the inspirational ‘Life Space’ and ‘Beating Fatigue’ programmes. These are designed to help you combat chronic fatigue, recurring illness, stress disorders, and the general downward spiral that can result from the power of a negative mind at work.

 

External beauty lies, to a large degree, deep within the mind. The ability to feel confident, positive, happy and content is not solely achieved with the application of beauty products or quick fix shopping trips! Within the 'Positive Self Image', Anti Ageing, and 'Mid Life Makeover' programmes, you will be taught ways to maximise you full potential; regardless of age or measurements! Also, gaining a better understanding of the physiology of these systems will provide you with a valuable tool your drive to optimum health.
