Kriotherapy
Referred to as the key to good health, Kriotherapy ( a healing process in a cold chamber) awakens the body’s healing response, stimulating circulation and immune response. Exposure to a maximum of 3 minutes in a cold chamber can help to improve a variety of conditions including depression, infertility, fatigue, psoriasis and insomnia. In the 55 minute session we have also combined the health benefits of Kriotherapy with Physiotherapy, Vibration Training and/or Personal Training to suit your individual goals and physiological needs.
